SO, it looks as though I've figured out how to embed video. Yeah !!!! So, follow the vid links, they're a world of fun. I think my grand student Ashely Mathews was just a bit quicker but she's off to college now so perhaps I'll never know. Oddly, I prefer to train women, they lack the whole testosterone problem and as such tend to pay better attention. Peace, David
